**Results** David vs Goliath - Halloween Style
So just a quick update to the results! Recently it has been decided that for the result of who carved the better pumpkin that we both were amazing and we have called a truce and there is no definite winner at this time! This may be disappointing to some of you but we have felt that emotions were too high and there was too much at risk to let it continue, that it was better to end it saying we were both AMAZING!

David vs Goliath 2010 - Halloween Style
So let me tell you the modern story of David vs Goliath 2010 - Halloween Style!
Once upon a time there was a strong, good looking man named Turpy (Goliath) He was known upon the land for being the best at everything he did. Every fair lady in the land dreamed of laying with him. No man dared compete against him... One night around Halloween there came a woman! Her name was Hayles (David) and challenged Turpy to a battle. A battle that she knew he was highly favored to win, but she did not back down! Turpy respected her courage and mental strength (cause there was not much physically!) and gave her a chance to make a modern day David vs Goliath. The terms were set, they would have a pumpkin carving faceoff! Who ever carved the best looking pumpkin would be declared victorious and kind for the next year of Pumpkin Carving (I would say queen but we all know that will never happen!)
But how would they chose the winner? Obviously each person would vote for their own pumpkin even if Hayles knew she was lying... So the terms were as follows!
- Pictures will be posted on Turpy-World
- Turpy-World viewers would vote on who will come out victorious! (Thats you)
Here are the final projects
Utah Jazz Note - To the left we have a well done pumpkin. With the theme of the Utah Jazz this modern day original pumpkin is sure to make you awe! With fine craftsmanship and great detail this pumpkin is sure to be known
as one of the better pumpkins ever carved.
Nightmare Before X-mas - To the right we have a pumpkin done in the theme of the nightmare before Christmas. With very little carving skills needed and the man missing his leg this pumpkin will be know at best as a bold attempt to compete with Goliath.
The Question is... Can David do it again and defeat Goliath? Probably not but thats your decision to make. Vote below
1) Utah Jazz Note
2) Nightmare Before X-Mas
*** VOTING HAS ENDED AT THIS TIME ***
Thank you for making the "RIGHT" choice! David can't win twice!

Utah Jazz New Jazzbot
It has been some time since there has been an active post on Turpy-World! I understand that many of you used to look forward to the days that a post was put on Turpy-World! Some of you may have thought those days were over... Well I'm here to assure you after a long break, Turpy-World is back!!
To kick off the new session, I have news to tell you, and I need each of your help! Recently I had applied to be a Utah Jazz Blogger for the Utah Jazz. At first I was just joking around, thought it would be cool. But the more I thought about it... I think it would be sweet and I want to do it. So a few days ago I submitted a sample blog on why I should be chosen. And it looks as though others have all their friends going in just to vote for them. A little bias if you ask me but thats what I am going to have to do to keep up with my competition. So I am asking each and every one of you, to take a few min out of your busy day and extend a vote for me! All you need to do is make an account real quick if you don't have one then log in and rate if 5 stars. Then just leave some BS comment on how cool I am and how well of a Jazz Blogger I will be! Cause lets be honest... Who makes better blog posts? ...... NO ONE!!
This is a link to my post
After you are done if you have a few moments than go ahead and click on the following links as well and vote their butts down to make me look even better! :)
I would owe each and every one of you bunches!
Also be ready for a new Turpy-World post very soon as well!!
